Eight Steps to Performance Management® methodology is for establishing performance measures, and then driving operations through Key Performance and Risk Indicators, Performance Governance and Dialogue mechanisms, and robust Controls.

During an 18-week intervention, the methodology will revisit vision, mission and strategy; identify strategic objectives and critical success factors; select appropriate performance measures, and set direction for driving operations.
