Over the last 20 years Brijesh has led Innovation, business transformation, learning and talent development and operational excellence functions in international organizations like GE, Credit Suisse, Zurich Insurance & Genpact. Using human centered design thinking to enhance customer and employee experience is his specialty.

 

He is a lecturer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, Switzerland for the Masters programs in the topics of Innovation, transformation & management skills. He is an experienced practitioner for various Interpersonal skills & psychometric tool like MBTI, Interaction styles as well as being a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Using this unique skills set, he specializes in coaching senior leadership to get them to introspect and identify their personal leadership styles to enhance their organization’s strategic and talent index in today's digital, interconnected world.
