Chander has more than 26 years of progressive global and multi-functional experience gained in manufacturing and services industries across the organizational value chain.

Chander is an Exponential Organizations Coach, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a Senior EFQM Assessor. Chander has led and participated in several external and internal consulting engagements spanning Strategy Development & Execution, Business Performance Improvement, and Program Management.

 

A prolific writer and speaker, Chander has contributed to the international best-seller book "Exponential Organizations 2.0" and authored various White Papers.

Prior to Enabling Excellence, Chander held leadership roles at UBS, DOW Chemical, and Thomson Reuters and has earlier facilitated change and transformation efforts at several large corporates through external consulting engagements.
