LARGE SCALE INTERACTIVE PROCESS
Large Scale Interactive Process (LSIP) is a highly structured change methodology involving aligning a large number of people towards complex decision making.
A workshop organized on the principles of LSIP provides participants an opportunity to interact, diagnose, analyse and collaborate with all stake-holders. The methodology provides for structured dialoguing, that is, enabling speaking and listening, involving a large number of people.

A two-day event, supported by an efficient logistics team, a LSIP workshop can involve 30 to 500 people reaching a fact based consensus on important issues related to vision, mission and strategy.
