Ashish is an accomplished and seasoned customer experience and operations professional with over 28 years’ experience in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.


Ashish is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, practitioner of Human Centred Design, and a past assessor for the Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (modeled on Malcolm Baldrige Award).


Ashish has led and participated in several internal engagements covering Strategy Execution, Process Improvements and Digital Transformation, largely in the insurance business where he has held various roles across Customer Experience, Operations and Human Resources.
