Book : Playing to Win

Playing to Win is authored by A.G. Lafley, Former Chairman and CEO of Procter & Gamble (P&G), and Roger L. Martin, Dean of Rotman School of Management. Given the impact they had on the performance of P&G between 2000 and 2009, this book should certainly be read by anyone who is in any way doubtful of the role that strategy can, and should, play in their organization.
